My journey has taken me through a diverse professional life spanning engineering, sales, service, marketing, telecom training and knowledge management. After years of working and travelling across India and beyond, I retired at the age of 70 and found myself drawn back to nature and my land in Hinjewadi.

Ankur Farms grew from this renewed connection with the land and a desire to create something meaningful for the future. Dedicated to planting and nurturing traditional trees, especially those with medicinal value, Ankur aims to encourage communities to rediscover their bond with nature. Every tree planted is a step towards a greener environment.

My interest in organic farming and indigenous medicinal plants has inspired me to contribute towards a greener, healthier environment. Through Ankur Farms, I hope to preserve traditional botanical knowledge, expand our green cover and create a more sustainable future for the next generation.
